The printing sector is equipped with a diverse range of high-performance machinery designed for efficiency and quality output. The Crabtree Printing Press (36x40) features an auto feeder, UV oven, and auto unloader, ensuring precision printing with advanced curing technology. The Nippon Printing Press (36x29) is supported by a conventional gas-fired baking/drying oven, delivering consistent results for traditional applications. For specialized coating needs, the Fuji F1 Coater (40x44) comes with an auto feeder, a conventional baking oven, and an auto unloader, combining smooth operation with reliable finishing. Complementing these systems is the Recon Coating Line (40x40), integrated with a gas-fired conventional baking oven, offering robust performance for large-scale coating requirements. Together, these machines form a comprehensive and efficient printing and coating setup suitable for industrial-scale operations.

1] Automatic Supervima Side Seam Bodymaker GOLDEN EAGLE is a machine with a capacity of 250 CPM with Powder coating and drying oven attached online to CAN-O-MAT for multi-head flanging, beading and seaming & we have an attached Discharge Conveyor too.
2] A mechanical body maker for the Wima side seamer with lacquering attachment and a gas-fired drying oven.
3] Hand-operated Mechalonic welding lines, with attached Flanger, Beader and top-bottom seaming. We provide industrial-grade metal cans designed for durability and safety,
VOLTAS FORKLIFT supports all the above equipment, and moves, and stakes the sheets on the feeding table while overhead cranes load and unload sheet bundles.
Our press shop is equipped with 30 automatic and semi-automatic high-speed presses, designed for precision and efficiency in large-scale production. Each press is integrated with strip auto-feed systems to ensure continuous material supply, along with a take-away conveyor featuring a curler for smooth handling of formed components.
To maintain consistency and quality, the setup includes an auto stacker with seaming compound lining machines, enabling accurate lining application. Additionally, a tower oven for drying rubber lining compound is installed, ensuring durability and flawless finishing of the products.
